The expeditions
Each expedition, a different wild encounter
We run a small number of carefully planned expeditions across Mongolia. Each one is built from time in the field, local knowledge and first-hand experience.

Argali, Ibex & Petroglyphs of Ikh Nart
Ikh Nart Nature Reserve, Dornogovi
Ikh Nart is a mix of open steppe, granite hills and dry valleys. It is one of the best places in Mongolia to see argali, which are often found on the rocky ridges, along with ibex. Vultures and eagles are common overhead, while smaller animals can be seen across the steppe.
November is the argali rut — the rams duel, and the reserve is at its most active.

Made to Fit Your Journey
Every expedition can be adapted to you : different dates, duration, season or route. Even once the expedition is underway, the itinerary remains flexible, if it makes sense to stay an extra day somewhere, we can adjust as we go.
